I know if I sold it I'd get more, but I can't sell it, it'll take too long. I'm taking it to the junkyard, I'm assuming they'll give about $100 for it. It's a 85' Olds. It's a big car.

I just want to know how much they'd pay for it?

It runs really well, there's a good amount of new parts in it. (exhaust system/muffler, wiper motor, power steering cylinder, tires)

Running maybe $200, non running $100- 150. You could always throw an ad on www.craigslist.org and post an ad, something like cheap car $500, runs. needs to be sold TODAY.

Have you thought have breaking it down yourself and selling spares from it on eBay?You could sell all good, working parts (doors, lights etc) and make quite alot of money.

BTW in the UK you get around £50 min for scrapping a car.

assuming its like a delta 88, B body car, prob $40-50 around here unless it runs well and they buy it as a parts car. if they just want it as scrap metal they pay by the pound only.

unless you work for a car garage dont expect to get anything for it (garages get paid by weight or per car because they have to get rid of em for more storage) but for you the junkyard is doing you a favor by not making you pay them to take it!!!!!!
