start with a nice thick piece of steak.
sere it on a hot pan then cover with reduced heat
letting it stew in its own juices.
get some fresh shallots, and chop them
fine chop some fresh parsley and add it
then de seed and slice a red Chile.
make sure u have no seeds left
turn your steak over and it should be nicely coloured by now.
in another pan put some cream in to the pan and let it get warm, then throw in the shallots and the parsley, and the chilli.
stir for 2 minutes then add whole peppercorns.
not too many.
finish cooking the steak and serve with the sauce drizzled across the top.
a lettuce salad with cubed cheese and cherry tomatoes and a little french dressing and your ready to eat.
