Awarding to the bible, it will be when Jesus returns and defeats the Satan. If you read Revelation, it describes the end of days. But there are prophecies throughout the bible telling about what it will be like.
Briefly...When the Anti Christ has risen to power he will promise peace in the Israel for seven years. But during these seven years of tribulation there will be floods, earthquakes, and other extreme disasters...locusts and all the water turned to blood. The Anti Christ will break the treaty and attempt to destroy Israel. Jesus and the heavenly host will come down from the sky and defeat the forces of evil. He will set up a thousand year reign on Earth before destroying Satan once and for all.
That is the super duper over simplied version. Take some time and read the Bible, or even visit a local church. I am sure someone there would take the time to give you more info.
But as far as an exact date and time. There is only one person that knows...God.

Well, there is no way of knowing when the world will end- but at some point or another, it will definately end.
A couple of signs to look for:
1. A massive comet or meteor falling from the sky (ELE+-type)
2. The sun appearing in your back yard as it consumed the planet
In other words, if the world is coming to an end, it will be obvious to you, but I don't think you have any reason to fret.

Not sure of the day and hour but the first sign will be when your standing in front of a preacher saying i do then your world ends there and the rest of the world goes on .

there lot of signs :
people will be worst .
people will have sex like animals and don't care with who .
more nature disasters .
the sun will sunrise from the west .
a man called dajal will come and most of the follow him and the rest will leave very poor .
killing would be something normal .
a monster would come and talk to the people .
Gog and Magog ( an old tribe of people ) would come out and spread terror in the world .
some small signs already happened .

The world won't end for million of years. Humanity, on the other hands have a few centuries left, and that is being optimitical. Overpopulation and pollution will dispose of us in a messy way.
