how to make myself higher in height ?
im a teenager. im 16, male, 168cm. how to be higher? i really want to be 180cm+ or at least 179cm. what should i do??? any way to be a higher guy ?? please give best advice....... ><"

Lots of milk and stretchings! (search online-they should have stretches that is helpful to those who are trying to grow taller) Don't do basket ball or work out too much.
Eat right amount of food too. And get plenty of sleep especially between 1~2 O'clock. Cuz they say you should deep asleep before 10 and it's 1 O'clock when your hormones are at it's highest!

Drink, or eat growth medicines. Also, I got these advices from my doctor: Right before you go to bed, jump rope for 30 minutes, wearing your body out. Then when you go to bed, your brain will tell your body to emulate more growth all over your body. Your body grows the most at 10pm-2am, so try sleeping early too.

You are already a good normal male height, you should quit worrying about that and concentrate on getting a education.

There is nothing that you can do,you just have to accept the height that you are.You will grow a couple more cms yet I would think

I positioned on 4 inch maximum days, yet i will positioned on 5 inch now and returned interior the night too. i'm asian too...in basic terms 5'2" without my heels. lol...i'm quite plenty addicted to them now! we ought to consistently chat :). Stilettos are consistently extreme high quality :)
