your a nice person, a nice guy?
are they trying to turn me into a victim, because ultimatly thats what jesus was, he got made into a victim and everyone turned on him.
so when people do this to me are they trying to cause the same fate for me? and have people percieve me this way, just because im a nice guy?
i want to know how can i deal with people that, for whatever stupid, warped reason, are trying to pass me off like that?
they make me so teeth clenching angry.....but obviously you cant give in to provocation and smack them all around the place.
so what do you do here?

what i meant was, people talk to me alot when i discuss my matters with them, they say '' look at all the persecution and suffering jesus had to endure''
and im thinking oookk, right, so....wtf does this have to do with me?
how does that bare any relavence to my situation?
just because im a nice person and ive had a tough life im compared with jesus???
i dont understand that get me!!!
jesus was a great character, but what relevance does his situation bare on my life?
where is THAT coming from?

Stop being so nice, and think of yourself.
You'll learn to do this more as you get older, I did and am happier for it.

Jesus was persecuted, no doubt...but He knew what He was in for, and why they did it...so of you are being persecuted in His name, then you will reap the rewards later in life...and yes, people will do evil things to others, and that is just what God and Jesus DON"T want...to follow the ways of satan...so yes, good people will always be chastized, and mocked, and taken advantage of..so what? You cannot let the meanness and cruelty of others, change your personality..then, if you meet that special person, she will never know how good you really were...stay focused, ignore those people who are blind to goodness, and thank the Lord, for giving you that special heart..and as far as comparing YOU...they are trying to tell you, that even a beloved JESUS, was persecuted, and if they could be so cruel as to even persecute HIM..don't be so suprized, that they go after you or anyone else in this world..inother words, people can be heartless, and mean and cruel in general, and don't discriminate..and for you to be angry to be compared to Christ Jesus, is odd to say the least

Are you sure you are a nice guy? Doesn't sound that way to me. Smacking people around because they feel for you and what you've been thru? I don't think they are trying to compare you to Jesus, I think they are saying he withstood much pain so you can try to emulate him and do the same and show forgiveness to others. You also sound awfully self-centered, sounds like they are trying to compliment you - take it with grace and thanks.

I'm not being smart but maybe you should try looking Jesus in a different way, i think that's a problem when you look at someone and you see it bad and other see it good and they see you like that.
The adjustment will be to yourself.

I would have to agree. I think your nuckin futts and need some psychiatric help. Often when people develop such problems they tend to grandiose fantasies of being divinely connected. Get Help!!!
