Nothing, usually. The person can air their feelings, and the minister/judge will then ask the two people whether they choose to proceed.

If someone objects to two people beaning married and feels they should not be joint in holy matrimony, all I can say is holy smoke.

You are suppose to postpone the wedding traditionally to avoid bad luck and other things but i dont know how long for

well sometimes it can create that not do they get married. i mean its not for everyone to do this. its not done very often but i have heard it happening.
