For The Name Mia i would use Nicole as the middle name and if your looking for a little uniqueness i would spell it as Mia Nikole. to me the name seems like a very strong name for when she gets older and to add it goes beautifully well together. and as for Eva Lynn. as for this i choose as its very georgously pronounced as you just let it slightly roll of you tongue. Both are lovely names. well good luck with your decision.

My best friends little girl is "Mia Jayla"
and that is lovely, I also like
Mia Claire
Mia Lauren
Mia Michelle
Mia Anette
Although I personally am not in favour of the name Mia as it has been in the top 10 baby name list for the past 3years and that is way too common for me.

Eva Michelle
Eva Claire
Eva Collette
Eva Jasmine
Eva Jacqueline

Hope that helps you! Good luck

They are 2 beautiful christian names, do they have to have a middle name? My grandaughter's name is Madisan (with a an) we went through so many second names but come up with nothing that fitted, so she has only the christian name.
