http://gendou.com/amusic/ has a lot, but you need to register. Don't worry, it's free.
The only problem with gendou is that unless you are a paid member (ie donated), you have to wait a little bit before you can download new files (usually a day or two).
If you are looking for new releases, you can get a lot of stuff from http://www.tokyotosho.com/index.php , if you can use bittorrent.
