Only reformed smokers know how hard it is to give up. Sometimes it's a real struggle to walk away from the cigarette counter. Don't underestimate what a good job you're doing- even if it's your fist day. Give yourself a pat on the back and we'll give you the 'thumbs up'!

After smoking for 43 years I quit on July9, 2007 !!!!!

It's only been about 2-3 months for me, I quit once before that for 6 months, I'm 17 years old though. My moms going on a year and a couple months I think.
I wont ever go back to smoking, I started when I was 9. I'm glad I stopped now.
