Human resources as a graduate area of study falls best under an MBA degree. The best schools specializing in management (closely related to human resources) are Harvard, Northwestern and the University of Michigan, respectively (U.S. News & World Report).

Not any more. There are several really good schools for Human Resources. Villanova has a program in Human resources Development. Cornell has another program in Labor Relations and Penn State has a couple of really good programs.
