i always experience bloating and nausea.

for bloating, it helps me sometimes when i'm burping n take something to eat.but i'm not sure if that's the best way of dealing with it.

Yep same as the first answer Evening Primrose Oil, it does great things for moods, bloating and feeling sick. Oh and Vitamin B6 helps also. Ginger tablets help with nausea.

Also, get a little exercise. Go for a walk or a bike ride, and drink plenty of water.

I always found peppermint to be helpful. Whether in pill form, candy, or tea, it really helps. It also helps with menstrual cramps as well.

You should try evening primrose oil tablets they work wonders with me.
