If one watches, listens and researches Items for positive educational purposes, ICT can have a positive on that person.

Problem:
Because of ICT the negative aspects of life are most broadcast across all forms of communications almost instantly. If a disaster (natural or manmade) happens almost anywhere in the world, within seconds to minutes the whole world has knowledge of it. This can lead to a misconception that things in the world are getting worse.
