Exclusive usually means only certain people can go to or do a certain thing.

For example, Augusta National Golf Course is excusively for men. Women are not allowed to play there.

Nonexclusive of course would be the opposite.

The local golf course is nonexclusive - come one and all.

As noted by the other person, exclusive can also relate to news gathering. If I have an exclusive, you are telling only me the story.
