You know, the people who are heartLESS, hardened, negative and foul-mouthed.
i feel so bad for them, because i know they must be miserable with themselves on the INSIDE.

Feeling bad for them is better than getting angry at them; it takes less energy.
Don't deal with them if you don't have to.
Sometimes you even have to disassociate yourself from them; easy to say, but hard to do.
There are too many reasons that cause people to hate, seem heartless and hardened; don't try to analyze them and don't take it to heart.
You have the right attitude.

Hate I do not deal with. Those type of people do not get the time of day from me. I walk away and forget it.

I blame their parents...
Nah I'm just kidding, I try giving them a chance.. so far it's been like 4 chances, but they're still the pain in the "butt" that they are.
