there was this one time that michael had got a stop and go penalty but he waited for the last lap to pit hence crssin the finish line and winning the race
ppl were wondering for ages how he was allowed to get away wid such a thing

Probably the death of Ayrton Senna. F1 made a lot of safety changes after his death. Ayrton himself wanted to make several changes to increase the safety of the drivers but his suggestions were never taken seriously until after his death.
