Ok i want to start acting?

Question

I want to do it because it looks fun and i can do it i uslly try it in the mirror and i'm pretty good.I live in Rhodeisland and i want to start an acting carrer so tell me how i can start

By the way i'm 12 turning 13 soon

You will definitely need to start taking classes and working on becoming a good actor. It takes time. A long time. And while you ae doing that, there are some other things you can do that you will find in the ebook as well. Once you are "in the groove" of studying and you feel confident, then you can think about going for the next step. Getting an agent.

It takes you through a process that I used to get two agents and a personal manager in a short period of time in New York. Using the same process, I also got casting directors to actually start calling me in directly for auditions.

You start in school doing all the theatre you can. Then if you still like it and are willing to work very hard for a long time, you might consider acting as a career.
