did Lamb of God ever have the name 666?

someone told me that they were suied or something and they changed it to mawk the people of God.

No, their original band name was Burn The Priest in 1997. After I believe it was thier fist album, they changed the name to Lamb Of God (idont know why though.

Not to my knowledge. I've always known them as Lamb Of God. I wouldn't think they would do something like that, but they might have.
