Interesting question you got. Thinking twice is having a second thought therefore there is always the second thought to think twice.

Well of course. I double check myself all the time. At this point it is rote and I don't even realize I'm doing it.

PS: No, I'm not OCD. It's just part of the job :-)

Oh, but on a different vein thinking twice on the same topic without any additional considerations might fall under that as well.

Usually thought once without second thought is common....but to think twice is considered long thought...it is more than a second already.......
