Trucks that are equiped to provide food service to a group of guys at a job site or business. They normally come early in the morning with coffee and doughnuts and rolls. Then they'll come back at lunch with cold sandwiches and some hot food too. That saves the company from having to install a cafeteria for the workers.

chow truck i belaeve is also refered to as roach coach /barf wagon /magget mobile . all slang terms for a moblie food service truck that comes to your location with meals hot or cold ready to eat . also drinks /snacks/ ect.moblie catering of sorts.
