His sister is not related to you.. he is your brother inlaw.. she is a female who just happens to be his relative.. if you were to marry her.. you would be his brother inlaw twice.. if your sister divorces him and you are still married to his sister.. he is still your brother inlaw.. if you and his sister get divroced he is still your brother inlaw if he remains married to your sister.. if you and your sister are both divorced from him and his sister.. then.. what the hell did you get married for?
