I just found some pictures of my husband with another woman on a website today. we are currently separated but working things out. he has always maintained that there is nothing going on. i have seen these pictures b4 and he always has an answer, but the woman has uploaded them very recently. any ideas on how i should handle this? I need a fool proof way to get the truth. yes, i do think he is cheating. i just want him to stop lying. i want to ensure that when and how i confront him will guarantee me the truth. any ideas?

You have the proof in your hands already. Why on earth would you want to take him back? I am all for open marriages, where spouses agree together to let one another play within certain boundaries. I have several friends in this situation and it has worked out well for all involved. But the thing that has been broken here is the honesty. Either you take him back with the understanding that he is a cheater and will continue to cheat, and you give him that permission, or you hit the road. You don't really need any more evidence to convince you that he is involved with someone, do you?

If you think he is cheating, I have learned from experience to trust those gut feelings. I say insist on marriage counseling prior to getting back together. Confronting him will only put him on the defensive. You 2 need a mediator and a guide, as would any couple in this situation. Best wishes for what is going to be right for you.

Obviously nothing is getting "worked out" if he has pictures with another woman...I think it's time to move on and forget about it

go to cheaters.com and set him up is the only way..
he is not going to confess to u like u are mother Theresa.

well...let me tell you that i am truly sorry for what you're going through....my parents have just been through this and WELL on their way to divorce....
what i would do...is sit down with him...and show him these things, make it so there are NO loopholes...and when he finally admits it...you can call him on his crap....and if you feel that it is justice to end your marriage (which is no picnic whatsoever) you can tell him that you'd like to end it right there...and take action on it, no cold feet!

what you need to do is continue the separate papers, he lying
to you, and the proof is in the pictures, they dont lie, it that
simple,he cheating on you., time for you to deal with it,
