My sister recently got married to a man. And that man's sister is a girl I fancy. Are we somehow related?

If you were asian then yes you would be related but even they marry in the same way of brother dating sister and then siblings marrying go figure.

She's not off limit's to you go for it if it;s all legal.

No, she is only your sister's sister in law. Two of my sons are married to two sisters.

Only in the sense that there is a legal contract between your sister and her husband. There is no consanguinuity between you.

No but your kids would be both niece/nephew and aunt/uncle to each other. Double cousins that sort of thing.
