Weird stuff like that HAS happened... I've ALSO heard that in some places it's rainned FISH, BLOOD, and Stones (all of which MIGHT actually be possible- if a Tornado came along & vaccuumed up those contents from a lake or field- & then showered them down on some distant town- down the road!). STRANGE stuff happens in this World...-You'd be surprised! :0

i don't know about Toledo but it can "rain frogs" in a sense i have seen it myself in Yuma AZ. it has something to do with a very Strong up draft & toads not frogs being flooded out of there burows and literaly caryed off by the freek wind
