No, because people don't take me seriously... they baby me, they mock me. I feel that if I were to scream at the top of my lungs, no one would hear me. There is no point of asking for help if no one can help you. It's a waste.
Edited to add: oh, that is just a terrible answer. I suppose it depends on what you need. Depending on what it is you are asking help for...

No, I don't find it easy to ask for help, but I'm a new nurse, so if I'm not sure about how to do something, and I don't ask for help I may end up seriously hurting someone! So I have to swallow my pride and just suck it up and ask. :)

I like to try to do it myself first and if all else fails, I will have little problem asking for help. Unless it is money help. Then I have a really hard time with it.

No. Once I ask for help I feel obliged to return the favor if the same person asks for it in the future. It also seems like your giving other people trouble by asking if they'd help you (even if they'd gladly help).
