Is there a test that can detect a pregnancy over 1.5 weeks before missed period? Should I do a blood test w/ my Dr.? Or would that even give me conducive results?

I dont think even a blood test would find it that early. Your doctor wouldn't give you the test anyways without knowing that your late. I'd just wait till your late and then take a test and if its neg then ask for the blood work, They also say that you can be up to 14 days late before the pos test will become clear. So Good Luck

No. At one and a half weeks you've probably only conceived within days. You have to wait a little while longer.

nope not even a blood test would show that early.
