I have a speedometer and tachometer problem on my 1995 VW Jetta.?

The Speedometer and tachometer on my 1995 Volkswagen Jetta don't work. What could be the problem?
Can someone recomend me a place where I could fix this electrical problem for less money?

calibrate the speedometer and trash the tach.

It could just be the sensors.
