They did use a condom but as all know they don't always work. Birth control also can mess you up more then help because I knew a friend that it messed her up instead of helping.

Definitely too early to tell right now, she'll have to wait at least a couple more weeks.

She could try a home pregnancy test, or go to the health department and get a pregnancy test. If they come out negative try again in a couple of weeks. Meanwhile the health department has connections with birth control information. She should use it. Otherwise if she has no period that is a good indicator and if her breasts are sore and she is tired, it is possible she is pregnant.

For future reference, these are the details needed: first day of her last period and all dates that she "did it". Even with those facts, there is still no way to tell for sure.
If she is not trying to get pregnant, then I would have to say, stop "doing it" without using protection. If she has managed to not conceive this time, the odds are she will unless she uses some better judgment in the future. Not to mention the risk of STD's, HPV, HIV....

You can start testing anytime you want, but if her period appears, there's no pregnancy.

Tell your friend to use birth control. MAKE him use a condom. Buy spermicidal gel or foam. Both are a snap to use, and we won't be spending bookoos of $$ on pregnancy tests, not to mention the anxiety.

WAAAAAY too early to tell right now. Just watch for signs. Light * period*( brownish, or pinkish in color) around the time of her normal period could be a sign of implantation bleeding. Research more signs and symptoms online. Some very informative stuff out there.
Good Luck!

she cant know till about a week before when her period should be. but seriously if shes pregnant i dont feel bad for her at all... no offense... she brought it upon herself. Let this be a lesson to her that she NEEDS TO STOP!!! i hope that you yourself are a virgin and are being a good influence.

Visit the doctor and get some counseling or a center or clinic for women to get some direction about her options and health.
