Do I send the IRS both pages even if I did the short version on page one?

you'd send the pages that have info on them along with the rest of your 1040 return. No need to send along pages with nothing on them other than your name and social security number.

Just page 1.

There are a number of forms out there that serve multiple purposes, Sch E jumps to mind..., and you would generally only attach the relevant pages.

You don't have to send blank pages, just the ones where you have something filled in.

Just send the page that has entries. you might just save a stamp.
