Are there any advocates of children and how to find them in Florida? Mom abandoned me and brother, then 14 and16 took off with all money, didn't give even for health care, lied to court about her good parenting. We both refused visiting. She brought police 3x.Police accepted our reasons.Eighteen months later, dad spending over 30k, on three attorneys, court gave my custody to her.Court 'accidently' erased dad's testimony, denied us testifying, denied an attorney to represent us. Forced us to go for psychological testing. Report not out but psychologist favors mom, upset that I do not visit mom.Dad is devoted father, tried to go for mediation.Mom gets violent when doesn't get her way. There is not one complaint against me. I am a top student all through middle and now in high school.USF has a Bright Scholars summer program in Math department for kids with straight As. Dad drove 140 miles a day for five weeks, to USF, so we could attend. If you feel it is only one side don't bother. Tnx

If your 15 yrs old, all you have to do is get with your Dad, have him to do a affidavit saying you want to live with him and the reasons why. Dad needs to have a attorney file this in court, and in court, you state that this is what you want. Why is this such a big deal, you are 15 yrs old. This is the way a situation like this is handled all the time.
