So I'm about to buy the ASUS EN7300GT off newegg.com and I need a power supply to go with it. I don't have much experience with power supplies. What should I be looking for in terms of specs of the power supply? I know I need a 400+watt power supply, other than that I don't know much. What are good reliable brands? I was considering these three:

What do you guys think? Help!

7300GT is just a 36 watter. The Rosewill 450W ATX V2.2 that has dual +12V rails is more than enough. It actually gives you plenty of elbow room for future upgrades. The 430W Thermaltake unit will also work but may limit future upgrades because of its single +12V rail.

Since you have a new PC with Vista in it, consider a DX10 card such as the 8500GT. Game performance will be comparable to the 7300GT but better on HD video. Good bang for the buck would be the factory overclocked version of the 8600GT.

Among them I would take the Thermaltake.

I would recommend the OCZ gamexstream though. Among all the brands I have tried, this is the one that I have found to be most reliable. Also I would suggest getting a 600 Watt powersupply. This way you can expand to SLI in the future if you desire.

Minimum of a 350 Watt power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 18 Amp Amps

18 amps is not that high. It may work with your existing supply. Check the label on your supply to see if it can handle it before you replace the power supply.

The 18 amps at 12 volts is the most important Often you will need to get a higher wattage rating to satisfy the minimum amperage requirement . The power supply needs to be able to have at least 18 amps on the 12 volt leg supplies the video card.

Many new power supplies have several additional 12 volt supply legs for split rail systems that you may not need. Compare the number and type of outputs of your existing power supply outputs to the new one.

Your existing power supply label will have the style of power supply you need. ATX is the most common, but check first.

You did not state the brand and model computer your have.

Some brands of computer such as Dell and HP often use non industry standard plugs on their power supply. If you connect the wrong plug type to your motherboard, you may destroy your computer. Check if your computer can use an industry standard power supply or if you need a special power supply or adapters.
