As a photographer, a lot of work goes into photo shoots, post processing, etc. When you've shot promos for a band, and they use them online but don't give any credit, what can you do? Several notices have been given to give credit, but nothings been done. A mistake made was not putting anything about giving credit in the contract they signed. So a cease and desist letter can't really be sent, but really, what do you do?

At this point, if they paid for the pictures and the photo shoot and you did not have an agreement that you would be given some credit for the photos, you have no legal recourse.
