Not legally, because a Tesla coil is a powerful RF transmitter.

Simply put: NO !!

A "Tesla Coil" (of which there are several varieties), is NOT a power supply, but a transformer. It requires power to operate, it doesn't generated power !

A Tesla "Antenna" takes atmospheric energy and converts it to power... but the power output to weight ratio would make it impractical to use as a power source for an aircraft.

As the previous answerer also states... a Tesla Coil also generates strong FR emmisions which would probably blank the aircraft-servos.

The wiki link on tesla-coils is long and interesting to read: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tesla_Coil
