As in, what's the difference between a 1 star, 2 star, 3 star etc?

the difference between the stars are the difference in the quality of the hotel..as in interior/exterior of the hotel itself and the customer services. OH, and the price of course...

By maintaining a Standard prescribed.
They have to provide facilities prescribed.
5* is the best.
3* is normal.
Nothing to do with celebrity.
