The relationship starts when I am writing them. I look, re read, rehash, check spelling, check that the check speller is working.
I shed my first tear when I release them to the world to see and wait finger on refresh for that 1 answer, 2 answers....

I ask because i do need an answer. so i will check out what the outcome is, & reward who helped a lot.
i do not post a question just for the sake of asking.
if there is something i want to know about, or an idea i need to develop an understanding about , and need other people's input, and points of view, i simply ask & hope i get some good feedback.

It depends in what category I ask them in - when I ask questions in Polls and Surveys I do it more rarelly because some of my questions I ask there are just because I am bored and just curious how many answers I can get - I am less interested in what the answers are.

i dont have many questions .. i usually choose a best answer quickly since i require a specific answer ... as for those which aren't finished yet .. I check on them every now and then (when i get the email notification about a new answer) ...

With answers coming to my e-mail directly there is no reason for me to look. Too often that is.
