That's easy...The Decider. Of course this bum never decides anything because he's just a stooge for a posse of right wing cold war retreads, the Oil Mafia and the Jesus Freaks. On the plus side, a pal of mine just got back from Iraq in one piece even though her supply trucks got shot up on a dozen different occasions. The 'Decider' has decided not to worry about the troopers that didn't make it. Also the 'lions share' doesn't the 'most'...it means the entire thing!

This was Bush's war, but it should of been Congress's job to stop it. They should of demanded a declaration of war, but instead all them were too cowardly to uphold their oath to protect the constitution. It will go down in history as another disasterous result of interfering with other countries just like Korea and Vietnam.

Bush, Cheney, and the other neo-cons who abandoned the hunt for the real enemy (bin Laden and company) and took us off on a little empire-building scheme.

Bill Clinton, If he hadn't dismantled our Military we would have had the resources to do the job properly. Everybody thought there were WMD and we needed to take action so don't rewrite history.
Yes, I blame it on Clinton. I can not help it if you have your head so far up your rectum that you can not see daylight.
