Definitely shampoo! Why? because it sends a message to the guy that you smell clean and nice. Guys also like the smell of body lotion than expensive perfumes.

Perfume is too strong for me. I like a milder smell like that of shampoo.

Shampoo has more than enough scent added to it, plus it smells clean.
I absolutely love the smell of my wife's hair right after a shower...and when she's not around, our 15mo son carries her scrunchies around, sniffing them to remind him of his mama.
