Can someone explain to me from A to Z how to record video from my PS2 onto my CPU?

Don't say "get a PS2 emulator" because that doesn't answer my question. And don't say "point your camera at the TV" because that's stupid. I need some real answers here! Help me fellow geeks!

you need a tv tuner capture card that comes with dvr software.
