I'm hard of hearing, I wear two hearing aids. What's the best cell phone by Cingular/ATT?

I wear two hearing aids. I can sort of hear without them, but would like to be able to carry on a conversation with a reasonable response. So far the best I've been able to come up with is speakerphone, but I'm hoping someone knows of a 'loud' volume adjustable.

The slider phone from Samsung by cingular is pretty good. It's goes pretty loud on regular phone, but if that isn't loud enough, you can turn it to speakerphone, which has adjustable volume on it as well so not the entire world can hear your conversation.
