I brush my teeth , tounge ,floss, use mouth wash after eating. If i eat 4 times a day thats means i brush 4 times. I have tried mouth rinse and they just burn my tounge and lips...now my lips are lil bit pink (anything that has alcohol does not help it makes things worse. I go to the dentist every 6 months. I stopped using over the counter toothpaste and mouth rinsers. Now i am using Oxyfresh toothpaste and mouth rinse that i buy from my dentist. Sometimes when i talk to people i chew a gum. It does not help at all.Chewing a gum makes it worse. I dont think my bad breath is coming from my teeth its like its coming from my neck or something . I just dont know how to explain it. When i tell my densist he just say oh no brush and floss hard!.....My teeth dont bleed or anything.
Pls guys help, i am starting school tomorrow its so embarrasing and depressing ppl.

Maybe there your teeth are infected or theres some type of teeth, throat infection. If have had and type of mouth surgery it might be that it has not fully healed, hence the infection.
Or... just chew extra minty gum?

I have read several times that some bad breath can be traced to digestive disorders. Check out your local health food store and perhaps add some digestive enzymes. When you have a week off from school, you might also consider a colon cleanse. (seriously) it does a body good. It seems you are obsessed with clean teeth, I bet you have a bright smile. So go to the body and there lies your problem.

Buy you some peppermint candy and
put some in your mouth ever so often.
I actually use dental rinse which I don't
think is same exact thing as mouth
rinse. Dental rinse is more of a teeth
cleanser. I use 'Crest Pro-Health'
dental rinse.

You should go see a doctor. There may be a medical reason that is causing this. I know that strep throat will cause you to have bad breath. If you do all that you say then there is some reason for the bad breath so go see a doctor. It can't hurt.Well maybe your wallet.

If it is not a dental problem then it could be an internal problem.

Liquid chlorophyll is an internal deodorant that deodorises your interior and reduces the odour of everything that comes out and that may help your bad breath if it is a stomach odour problem.

My mom has this problem too and no one has been able to find the problem, unfortunately for her. She is so horribly embarrassed. You could try an ear, nose and throat doctor. They might find something. Improper digestion can cause bad breath also.
