It depends, if you were married less than two years, you even can take away his residency. You must check with an immigration lawyer right away. If he petitioned the other person while you still were married ( your marriage is not over until the judge says is final) You can accuse him of bigamy or sort of. But you need to see an attorney right away. I'm very sorry for your situation. I hope you would find some one who'll appreciate you.

If he is gained his citizenship through marriage he can bring her over as a permanent resident, but she cannot get her citizenship through him
