People are ALWAYS the weakest link in the security wall of a company.
Because they are not programmable, and they have emotions.

Taking advantage of this weakness is called "Social Engineering", a very exciting topic that allies psychology and computer skills.

E-mails. Because many employees exchange "funny" e-mails all day long, and they have lots of attachments that are opened without thinking and then, poof, gotta trust your virus protection.
IMO, passwords are a close secong.

Passwords. People are just too stupid, and make bad passwords. These can be easily cracked.
