I bought a Japan Nintendo Wii and decided to use it in Canada. However, Japanese appliances/electronics require 100v of power. The Wii came with an AC Adaptor where INPUT: AC 100V 94VA 50/60Hz and OUTPUT: DC 12V 3.7A. Therefore, will it be fine for me to simply connect my console+adaptor to a Canada electrical socket (providing 110V)?

yes you should not have any trouble with that, the extra output will only be about 1.2v

It should not make much difference as long as the voltage is 100 or higher.
