Lets just say that the war expenditures ended up bankrupting America - That the markets crashed because nations like Iran and others dumped the US dollar in favour of the Euro

That mass imigration from the south (Mexico) began to look more and more like an invasion -

That through a series of natural disasters and terror attacks the US military was now needed at home and could no longer press foriegn interests but the government of the US was left to bargin barter and pursuade other nations of it's wishes

That severe droughts and floods left the US importing foods from other nations for the first time in history

--------------

If this were the case - would you - ????????

Are you saying this is a HYPOTHETICAL question? Sounds like the real news to me. I think America is poised on the brink of collapse... and we've no one to blame but ourselves for following lying policitians and greedy war-mongers.

By terror attacks could envision two prong event one from outside and one from inside by own types not Wahabi types other extremists of which vids are made about . What to do build a boat and sail to Canada or to South America accompanied by saved wildlife and anyone who wants to come. As to mass migration would recruit many to help with disaster relief make that as profitable as warfare. think of all those juicy contracts disaster relief helicopters all the new potential voters pouring into the U.S A. would suggest a company be sent to Mexico to help in disaster relief there. Might not be such a good idea privitisation or turning it into profit could be seen as a little cold blooded besides UN would likely be handling it still a thought. If fires were also a problem could use converted airforce bombers as a Fire Fighting Squadron .military already has something like this. money in this making more water bombers or converting them and hiring out services. idea would be frowned on though so stick with public run fire fighters.

Nothing.

The dollar is already being dumped.
On February 15, 2007 Bernanke and Co decided to reduce dollar value by 40% in a year.
Chinese Bank is in the business, too: they are already transferring their funds in pure gold and other currencies.

Keep living my life the way I have. Whether we are a super power or not, I need to make a living and take care of my family. If we are not a super power maybe the rest of the world would stop looking to us for all the answers and then getting mad at us because we don't do exactly what they want us to do.

I've already done it. Bought a little land and paid it off, get debt free - no credit card debt, learned some skills like farming, canning, garment construction, machine repair, learned how to raise and maintain a few animals like chickens and goats (I haven't bought those yet, just learned about them) and learned to get along without all of the things you see hyped on TV and in magazines. Most of the world gets along without all of the things that America thinks it HAS to have. You could get along without it too.

There's not really any such thing as a super power. We coined the phrase and bestowed it upon ourselves, so we're not really ever going to lose that status. We'd have to publicly declare that we were stripping ourselves of the description, and that'd be kind of stupid.

I'd move to France or Spain. Both have been through this stuff hundreds of years ago so they have already dealt with it.

I'd heave a huge sigh of relief, and go back to work.

Then I'd go find the McDonald's where **** Cheney is working the counter (If they would hire him) and ask him for a Big Mac. It's the American way!

I would sneak into a missile silo and launch nukes at everyone.
Then take their oil. How's that for a silly answer to a silly question?
