Is this true? I can't find CNN. He was in a serious car accident apparently.

He hasn't died yet, but he was involved in a serious single vehicle accident (he was driving). His vehicle spun out of control, flipped up on the median, and the tail end crashed into a palm tree. He and his passenger had to be cut out of the vehicle, it's a total loss, and were both flown to a hospital. No word on their status except that they were both seriously injured, and Nick has the lesser of the injuries. Check www.entertainmenttonight.com for more info as it's released. This happened in Florida around 7:30 tonight. Hulk was called to the crash seen, but is now at the hospital.

No, he didn't die. He was seriously hurt though in the accident that went out of control and hit a palm tree which was in the median of the 4-lane highway. There was a passenger in the car who is in critical condition. The car was "destroyed" on impact from all sources.

I don't think he died, but I also don't think that any head injury will hurt him in the long run because he is very very stupid to begin with. He is also careless, so lets hope that the injury doesn't prevent him from continuing to act dumb because then he will be entirely uninteresting like his sister.

At this time he is hurt suffering head and arm injuries. Unfortunately, ther was a passenger with him and his is very serious condition. As you may know by now they were both transported by helecopter which means it was really bad. My prayers are with them....I hope they are okay.

last i heard he had a broken arm and head injuries, how severe are the head injuries, i don't know.
