Ask politely for more information.
Who are they there to see? Offer to take them to or get the person for them.
Is there something you can help them with or find?
Ask their name so that you can tell the person they are looking for who is waiting.
What type of business do you have. Depending on the business the security needs may be tighter. Is their a security protocol in the workplace?

Since this in the computer section, I will interpret this question as "How can I make a weapon out of my computer?"
First of all, call the police. This can be accomplished using Voip software.
Now for the weapon. First, make a pile of things that could explode. Batteries immediately come to mind. Set this aside, you will need it later.
Now for the fire to spark the explosion. Use a paper shredder to create paper shreds. Now, turn off your computer and open the case. Remove the heatsink from your CPU and place the paper on it. Upon turning your computer back on, they should immediately catch on fire. light one end of of of your paper shreds, throw it on your pile of batteries, and run!

I would ask the person "What can I do to help you?" In other words find out what the person is doing in the office. If it is a government office and the person looks deranged, jump into the nearest supply room and block the door!
