THAT is a perfect weight!

You'll make yourself sick if you get too skinny.

How tall are you? How old are you?

Running - about 200-300 calories (but don't quote me on this).

150 pilates... 100's? The exercise when you're like in a V and pumping your arms?

You'd probably burn about 350 max in a workout. You really don't need to burn more than that. If you are trying to lose weight (I don't know your height, but I doubt you need to), eat healthier. I don't mean eat LESS, I mean change your eating habits. Cut back or out your meat, dairy, and eggs (vegan diet). I'd be more focused on toning my body than losing weight if I were you (I'm 114 myself and 5'4). Add weight lifting for best results. And no, weight lifting doesn't bulk you up. Do less weight and more reps.
