Either we're done with this conversation ooooor the other WORSE alternative (which I believe you may fear...did your bf say that to you or something?)...which means this relationship is over, I'm done with you, I'm thru with you, we're over, I want no more contact with you, etc..Ya feel me? Don't be so scared about it...Like T.D.Jakes says: Anybody who can walk away from you wasn't meant to be with you in the first place...You should never have to beg anybody to want to be with you or around you. If I were you, I would NOT contact that person...let them call you. If you don't hear from them, then you'll know they meant the worse of the two meanings: that they were done with you for good...and if they are, let their a** go! Good Luck.

It can mean done with the conversation, or it can mean done with the relationship -- depending on how bad the argument was. Of course, it's usually spoken in anger, and won't necessarily be true once everyone calms down later on.

It could mean "We're done with this conversation." It could also mean, "Our relationship is over. We're done. I'm outta here!"

Grammatically speaking it means, "we are finished."
Although it has found its way into our everyday speech, we're done is not grammatically correct.
Turkeys get done, people get finished.
