Yes! and thats the whole idea!
Decisions in the Green Party are made by local people at the most local level. It is a decentralised party with bottom up rather than top down policies. That means in one area people may decide that road pricing would be beneficial and in another area locals may decide its not. In one area they will vote for road pricing and in another area vote against it...This is a clear contradiction in policy.. but its the only sensible way to do things!
You get what you need in your area.. no blanket dictatorship from the top!
