when it's really hot... skirts. Shorts tend to bunch up and get uncomfortable. I get too many wedgies from them.

depends on where u are going or doing running =shorts walking=skirt sitting you feel more comfortable in shorts cuz u are always sitting in an awkward postition so nothing that's not supposed to show isn't and shorts do tend to rise up A LOT!! I mean every couple seconds Im constinately pulling them down cuz they always rise up my thighs and look extremely short when they're not so it s really up to you bermudas are cute there like capris but a little bit shorter and comfortable .

Both ...
...depending on the occasion and if I have Legs to show...
Skirts could be worn for smart casual,
except for the Micro minis, which are truly informal.
Short for informal activities...
No matter how expensive your shorts are, it is best worn on out door occasion, like swimming or picnics.
Oldies but goodies like me
wears them shorts, the longer stylish one, called "walking shorts", for comfort.

Always skirts, I don't like my legs and shorts accenuate your legs more than skirts

Skirts! Especially on girls with bigger legs (like me). Shorts tend to bunch up funny between the legs- particularly if you've got big legs- and it's both really uncomfortable and bad looking.
