I ask that same question to myself at times like when I'm dieting and trying not to eat or I keep eating and get board of food or I am really craving chocolate but shouldn't have it. I have found the best thing to do is find something hearty and filling that does not carry too many fat calories to eat. I often go for hard boiled eggs. and when It is just before bed warm milk with vanilla and a wee bit of sugar heated to almost a boil over the stove top. (helps me to sleep) Night all.

Since it's kind of late, eat something light like fruit or some crackers and cheese. I heard that eating heavy food at night isn't good for your digestive system.

Go for the nacho chippies with taco cheese. Melt it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Yum!

Just moved back to Orlando, and they have these awesome dorito's where they have hot wing flavored chips mixed with bleu cheese chips in the same bag.
f ing delicious.

well im craving cream of wheat but most people dont like that.. so go with toast with cream chees its way good. ha ha I like to eat wired food. o mac and chees is always good.or a blt if you have stuff to make that..
